Of course, sometimes we do not have the luxury of this choice, so where we can only supply non-genuine parts we will always try to let you know in advance. We recommend you check the authenticity of parts when comparing prices over the web, since similar-looking parts can be totally different in quality and fitment (and hence price).
However, we are very happy to supply the parts that you want, so you are firmly in the driving seat. There are many occasions where we will recommend genuine parts over non-genuine, but our real-world experience in our workshops teaches us where sometimes the genuine parts are both better and cheaper.
